Domain Flipping
No Comments
Well I finally finished getting all my domains listed on Ebay yesterday but I forgot to mention that I hadn’t used Ebay to sell anything in a good couple of years and man how things have changed! I spend a good few hours trying to get my first auction up and running and it was rather frustrating. Eventually I got it done and from there on in it only took an average of 5-10 minutes to get each auction up and running.
Another small problem I ran into was with a domain that I purchased, it was an expired domain with good links and a page rank of 3 ,but after purchasing it didn’t show in my account. I contacted support and was told that it should automatically transfer within 2 WEEKS! That’s a bit of a bummer as I wanted to get it sold ASAP after all that’s what flipping is all about but it looks like I will have to wait until it shows up in my account.
Checked for some more domains today but found nothing that took my fancy but I’ll keep on looking!

Domain Flipping
No Comments
O.k so todays the first of the month so I had better come up with an idea to try this month so here it is DOMAIN FLIPPING. So what is domain flipping you ask? Well quite simply it’s purchasing a domain and then selling it at a higher price than what you purchased it for, sell it for a profit in other words.
At the moment I’m still gathering a bit of information on how to actually go about this process and make money but I’m confident by tomorrow I will be ready to start.
Now while domain flipping doens’t sound that glamourous I know for a fact that some people make a decent amount of money for it so that’s why I thought I would give it a shot. I haven’t actually tried domain flipping before and that’s half the reason that I wanted it to be the first thing that I try to make money with. I pretty much have the next 4 or 5 months worth of ideas to try already decided so it should be interesting.
Now the object of this month is to MAKE MONEY, it doesn’t matter how small or larger the profit is (although the larger the better) as long as I make money!
At this stage I’m unsure as to how many domains I am going to have to purchase over the course of this month but I’d imagine it will be in the range of 20-40. Luckily due to the fact that I do other stuff online I am able to commit money to this project but I’m sure even beginners can just scale everything down to a level that they can afford so they too can give it a try.
Well that’s about it for this post, I’ll be spending the next few hours schooling up on the art of domain flipping and then we will get this little project underway tomorrow!
